Our Values
For TSSI, the measurement for success is not merely about being passionate about what we do, profit generation or hitting targets. We firmly believe that a truly successful business is one that also maintains high levels of integrity in its dealings.
TSSI is committed to acting responsibly and professionally; the interests of all our business partners, whether they are candidates, clients or suppliers, remains an important point of focus for us. Everyone should expect to receive a service based on honesty, trust and integrity.
Our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility demonstrates our commitment to give back to the societies we are operating in. To this end, TSSI supports charities that champion causes we are passionate about and has been at the forefront of training and job creation initiatives in partnership with some of the biggest technology companies in the world.
The people we work with
We are committed to act in the best interests of the people we work with. As a values-based organisation we commit to holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards or expectation. TSSI is an equal opportunities employer and has formal diversity, human rights and inclusion policies that guide how we operate our business daily.
The community we work within
We aim to have a positive impact on the communities and societies within which we operate by developing programmes and initiatives that allow us to contribute to the betterment of those who share these values with us. Water Aid is our designated charity however we also sponsor multiple charitable fundraising events throughout the year so that we can “give something back” to the communities we work with,
The world we live in
We are fully committed to the principles of environmental sustainability and recognise its potential impact on the environment. We recognise that our activities result in the generation of minimal waste and emissions but we commit to reducing our carbon footprint by ensuring that a responsible policy is adopted when sourcing materials and stock, and when disposing of waste products and equipment.
